Are these brackets for the front or the back of the car?
Both, and either! You just need two license plate mounting holes to attach each bracket.
Will the bracket cover my registration sticker?
Some states have stickers at the bottom of the plate, and others have them at the top. The tan states have them at the top and you'll be good to go. For the others, you should check your plates to make sure no important information will be obstructed.
