SHIPPING POLICY

At Afield, we want to get your license plate frames to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and what to expect when you order from us.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Custom Products
Personalized license plate frames or custom products may require additional processing time. Estimated production and shipping times will be provided at checkout.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- The weight and dimensions of your items
- Your shipping address
- The shipping method you select

- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Free Shipping
We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold or during promotional periods. Any free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our Website and applied automatically at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date your order ships (not the date your order is placed). Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided through the carrier's website.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We partner with reliable shipping carriers including:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
The carrier for your shipment will be determined based on your location and the shipping method selected.
RISK OF LOSS
All products are shipped FOB Origin, which means the risk of loss and title for items purchased from Afield pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the carrier.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Missing Package
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your property (sometimes packages are left in safe locations)
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
- Contact us through our Website for assistance
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us immediately through our Website
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement by contacting us through our Website.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges for reshipment.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Before Shipment
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has begun processing.
After Shipment
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the package according to our Return and Refund Policy.
HOLIDAYS AND PEAK SEASONS
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Any expected delays will be communicated on our Website.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
