RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

OUR COMMITMENT

At Afield, we stand behind the quality of our license plate frames. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns for new and unused products purchased on our Website within 30 days of delivery.

PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Most products can be returned if they meet our return requirements. However, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Personalized license plate frames and custom products
  • Outlet sale items

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, your product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging with all components
  • Have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We reserve the right to adjust your return method and resolution if your item(s) arrive in a condition that does not meet our returns policy. Items that do not meet our return policy will be returned to sender.

RETAILER PURCHASES

We only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our Website. If you purchased your product from a third-party retailer, you must return it to that retailer, and their refund and returns policy will apply.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Visit our Returns page on our Website
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason
  4. Print your return shipping label
  5. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging
  6. Attach the return label and drop off at the designated carrier

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

When you initiate a return, you will be provided with a prepaid return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund total. We are unable to provide free return labels for standard returns being refunded to your original payment method.

REFUND PROCESS

Processing Time
Returns will be processed within 10 business days of your return being delivered to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, less any shipping fees:

  • Credit card payments: Full amount of returned items (minus original shipping cost and return shipping cost) will be refunded to your credit card. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
  • Third-party payment services (PayPal, etc.): Refund will be sent to your account (minus original shipping cost and return shipping cost).
  • Gift card payments: Refund will be issued back to the original gift card.

What's Deducted from Your Refund
Your refund will reflect:

  • Original product price
  • MINUS original shipping costs
  • MINUS return shipping label costs

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to exchange your product for a different item, we make it easy:

Free Return Shipping for Exchanges
When you initiate an exchange, you will receive a free return shipping label and a gift card for the full subtotal value of the products you're returning.

Gift Card Details

  • Gift cards are issued as soon as your return has been shipped to us
  • Gift cards can be used for any purchase on our Website
  • Gift cards cannot be split or converted to cash or credit to your original payment method

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately through our Website
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be free for defective or damaged items

OUR GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality of our license plate frames. If your product is defective, we'll replace it. If your product fails after honest and normal use, we'll repair or replace it.

FINAL SALE NOTICE

Except as expressly stated in this Return and Refund Policy, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
